US residential construction markets continue at historical lows in many areas, though commercial construction is up some, especially in North Dakota with very strong oil development activity. The Canadian economy, on the other hand, has fared quite well over the last few years on sound government fiscal policies that have pushed Manitoba and Saskatchewan construction activity to record levels. Western Canada construction activity is down from previous highs, but is still historically strong and in much better shape than the US.
We don’t have much control over the economy, so we just focus on what we can control and that is our mission of Helping Build Your Success by being both Your Source for construction materials and Your Resource for the know-how and problem solving that come through 57 years of dedicated service to the industry. We stock a wide range of products including geotextiles, erosion control, concrete and masonry chemicals, accessories and repair products, insulated concrete forms, EIFS systems, brick, Cultured Stone, natural stone, fireplaces, highway restoration materials, waterproofing, insulation, roofing, cladding and much, much more. We strive to continually introduce new products to help you better serve your customers. We now have 24 locations across the upper Midwest United States (MN, WI, ND, SD) and western Canada (from Thunder Bay, Ontario to Vancouver, BC) to serve you.
