Congratulations to Calgary Branch on their Certification to ISO 9001:2008
On Feb 15th the consolidated Calgary branch was presented their ISO 9001:2008 certificate. The Calgary branches have been working on achieving this certification since April 2010.
The benefits include defined operating procedures, repeatable processes, accountability, continuous improvement and increased focus on customer service. Now that they are certified the system needs to be maintained and processes are audited annually by an external registrar.
Calgary joins the Winnipeg branch that has been certified since 2006.
