Project: The Blue Water Project (Development of condos along Leech Lake in Minnesota).
Ten pallets of Filtrexx Siltsoxx were purchased from Brock White to assist in the Blue Water Project. Recently introduced to the construction industry, Siltsoxx is a revolutionanary erosion control product that offers high performance, minimal maintenance, and provides an outstanding alternative to silt fence, especially in areas with rocky soil. With this project, the logs were a much better application than silt fence would have been with the rocky soil.
Each Siltsoxx product is filled with a double-ground, screened, recycled wood fiber material, and is reusable or biodegradable. Siltsoxx logs are designed for easy installation and removal.
Contractor, Brian Hartwig, installed the Siltsoxx logs for this project.
