Every year on Highway 46 it floods. Brock White and the ND DOT needed to come up with a solution so there was no scouring on the road and the inlet. ScourStopTM transition mats combine with vegetation to mechanically protect the soil from erosion so it ended up being the most effective solution to solving this yearly issue.
