FS-One is an intumescent firestop sealant designed to expand when exposed to fire. It helps protect combustible and non-combustible penetrations. Providing up to a 4 hour fire rating. It is a durable fire sealant for insulated metal pipes, non-insulated metal pipes, with or without sleeve, jacketed cables, cable bundles, plastic pipes, and top of wall joints.
