A one-component 100% acrylic resin used to prime and fill porous masonry and concrete surfaces before the application of Thoro coatings. It provides a uniform surface for the application of Thorocoat and Thorolastic, as well as any other water-based coating. Thoro Block Filler can be applied by roller, brush, or spray.
