Primer 800 is a ready-to-use, filmforming, re-emulsifying PVA-resin sealer and bonding agent for underlayments. Used over precast and cast-in-past concrete, wood, and plywood, it reduces substrate porosity and promotes adhesion of the underlayment. It contains no VOCs and has low odor.
